Overview

IDG is seeking an IT Project Manager to join our IT G&A team. As part of IDG’s transformation effort, this role will manage the D365 and ISV implementation across all its business units globally. The IT Project Manager must effectively and professionally lead the project, delivering the solution on time. The project manager will lead a team comprising of internal IT, finance specialists and implementation partner(s).

Responsibilities

  • Delivery of products/solutions through the life cycle of the project from draft phase to the final solution rollout.
  • Implementation of a good communication strategy within the project to ensure that all stakeholders are regularly briefed.
  • Taking ownership of project tasks and deliverables.
  • Build close partnerships and liaise with various stakeholders including cross functional teams, SMEs and vendors.
  • Produce scope of works project plan as per requirements.
  • Assessment of risks for successful delivery of tasks.
  • Determine resource allocation and prioritization.
  • Manage external vendor working on the project.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in information technology, computer science, business, accounting, or a related field
  • ERP implementation experience preferably D365
  • 5-8 years of full cycle enterprise business project management experience
  • Evidence of a track record of successful full cycle IT project management
  • Previous business analyst experience
  • Strong knowledge and skills in various project management tools
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, both verbal and written
  • This role is based at our Needham MA location with a hybrid work schedule to come into the office 1-2 days per week. (We will also consider qualified candidates 100% remote in an approved US East Coast location).

Salary range and additional compensation, including discretionary bonuses and incentive pay, are determined by a rigorous review process. The anticipated total annual compensation, depending on location and experience, is between $125,000 and $150,000 and is inclusive of base salary and variable compensation (if applicable).
