How do we work?

We are looking for a self-motivated and results-oriented Business Analyst / Product Owner to help drive and support our product development strategy. We work in an international environment with Product managers located in Poland and Business stakeholders located in Canada, Poland, and the UK. The role is located in Cracow and we work in a hybrid model - we'd love to meet you in the office (Cracow, Zabłocie) minimum once a week.

In this role, you will:

  • Collect and document business and regulatory requirements and translate these into detailed functional specifications, concrete deliverables and test plans.
  • Evaluate potential software solutions, including off-the-shelf and open-source components, and the system architecture to ensure that they meet business requirements.
  • Work closely with engineering teams acting as a bridge between development and business teams.
  • Build, refine and maintain product backlogs while working closely with key stakeholders to define priorities.
  • Cooperate with Engineering Leads on managing team’s backlog and roadmap
  • Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional teams and leadership

What skillset you need, to be successful in this role:

  • 3+ years experience in a similar role (e.g. Business Analyst, Product Owner) using Jira / Confluence
  • Experience designing and documenting new processes and workflows - frontend and backend solutions
  • Experience working with Salesforce CRM environment, designing solutions to implement custom functionalities, integrations and workflows 
  • Experience of integrating and working with 3rd party products and vendors
  • Working knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and the proven ability to apply them effectively.
  • Whole lifecycle experience of software delivery management methods

Nice to have:

  • Experience within fintech / finance area
  • Experience with building diagrams using BPMN 2.0

  • Krakow based office and hybrid work environment
  • Ability to work flexible hours as required
