The role in a nutshell:

We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer; someone who can hit the ground running and can make an impact from day one. This is an opportunity for the right person to join our team working across a number of globally recognised clients. The product designer is responsible for creating and developing the visual and functional aspects of a product. This role typically involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers, and engineers, together with our clients' team, to understand user needs and business goals. We need someone who uses their design, user research, and prototyping skills to create solutions that meet these requirements. Often to work on various stages of product development, from concept ideation to final implementation, ensuring that the product is both aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly.

What you can expect

  • Work on custom projects for clients, sometimes very closely with their team
  • Keep healthy communication with your project manager and client
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and specifications.
  • Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to gather insights.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas.
  • Iterate on designs based on feedback and testing results.
  • Work closely with engineers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in product design.
  • Participate in design critiques and brainstorming sessions.
  • Help maintain and evolve design systems and guidelines.
  • Advocate for the user throughout the product development process.
  • Learn from your colleagues and teach them what you know 

The type of person we’d like to meet:

  • 3+ years experience as a UI/UX Designer as well as a strong portfolio of related projects
  • Excellent knowledge of Figma
  • Experience in creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback
  • Experience in translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns, and attractive user interfaces
  • You pay strong attention to detail and have a keen eye for aesthetics
  • You have excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions
  • Excellent English knowledge
  • Being proactive, highly driven, and actively involved in assisting and advising other team members on ways to improve and overcome problems.
