Take a pivotal role as Commercial Program Manager SW Defined Systems at Diagnostic X-Ray (DXR) and drive the creation of solutions from idea to market. You will be accountable for defining, launching, and building profitable product solutions that transform healthcare. Your role

  • Own Commercial Program Management of SW Defined Systems (SWDS) end-to-end from strategic roadmap to concept phase, alignment with the regions, throughout development and launch, till commercial success. SWDS is a key element of the DXR Strategy that brings new value to customers. This SWDS roadmap will contain internal and external 3rd party SW. The SWDS Commercial Program Manager owns the SWDS roadmap, and negotiations with 3rd parties.
  • Drive the transformation change of business cases to prioritize investments, being comfortable with making tradeoffs decisively.
  • Translate in-depth customer and market insights to support the SWDS strategy: analyze the customers, markets, the competition, and the trends to create winning concepts, value propositions and clear product specifications to ensure delivering according to the customer’s needs and expectations. Collaborate well across functions (e.g., Service, R&D, Clinical) to arrive at a solid value-add SWDS roadmap.
  • Support and drive downstream marketing activities for the solution, including definition of the strategy and its enablers as well as its alignment with key markets globally.
  • Drive as a key core team member the market readiness as part of product development and lifecycle management (PDLM). Ensure completion of deliverables, and translate the value created in best-in-class marketing assets and training materials.

You're the right fit if: 

  • At least 9 years related experience in product management of which preferably a couple of years in healthcare industry.
  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in marketing, international business, medical device engineering or similar.
  • A track record of successful product introductions in the healthcare industry.
  • Hands on experience with life cycle management processes in healthcare.
  • Professional collaboration with both internal as external stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills (sending and receiving).
  • Fluent in English language.
  • Open to travel to customers/events/other office locations globally about 10 to 15% on average.
