About the role

Now we are looking for Strategic Manager (Project Manager).

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist Head Strategic Projects in development / assessment / coordination / implementation / monitoring of cross-TA and cross-functional initiatives/projects; act as lead for assigned workstream(s) with guidance from Head Strategic Projects, actively ensuring that projects meet agreed objectives/KPIs, timelines, etc.
  • Support Head Strategic Projects and the Leadership Team in gathering appropriate data and information from internal and external sources, its analysis and synthesis and developing reports and presentation materials as well as generating strategic insights and recommendations which enable informed decisions
  • Support Head Strategic Projects and the Leadership Team with the preparation of agenda, presentation materials, as well as with documenting meeting minutes and tracking actions’ execution for the following Leadership meetings:

Business reviews on Local, Cluster, Region and Global levels

Leadership Team meetings

Townhalls and Cycle meetings

Other regular and ad-hoc strategic meetings and events

  • Function as a liaison across IM to accelerate effective collaboration and harmonization in business aspects

Role Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • Strong interpersonal skills at all levels within the organization both in Russian and English
  • 1-3 years of project management experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Strategy and management consultancy background is a plus
  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel user
  • Ability to develop trust-based relationships with key stakeholders, communicate and collaborate effectively across a global, matrixed company, across cultures and functional areas
