Description

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

  • The HR Director of Employer Brand and Culture will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and sustaining the AXA PH employer brand and organizational culture. This position will report directly to the CHRO and will work closely with other members of the HR and leadership teams.
  • Oversee recruitment brand strategy and marketing initiatives, AXA culture, and employer promise with equal footing in global initiatives and industries to ensure AXA PH stays connected across entities and markets.
  • Promote company culture, mission, and values to employees and candidates while implementing a world-class strategic program to drive business objectives.
  • Thorough contribution to HR’s Strategy in terms of overall company culture and HR’s delivery of services.
  • Oversees the entire employee experience journey (including prospective, incoming, active, and outgoing talents) and main touchpoints of employees with the HR division.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Employer Branding: Craft and execute a comprehensive employer brand strategy to attract top talent, ensuring alignment with the company values and mission.
  • Culture Development: Works closely with the CHRO in leading initiatives to strengthen and cultivate a positive organizational culture, fostering employee engagement, diversity and inclusion.
  • Internal Communications: Develop and implement effective internal communication strategies and platforms to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with the employer brand and culture.
  • Collaboration: collaborate with cross-functional teams, to integrate the employer brand into all aspects of the employee lifecycle and external communications.
  • Talent Acquisition Support: partner with the talent acquisition team to create compelling recruitment marketing materials and ensure the employer brand is reflected in the hiring process.
  • Employee Experience: drive initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience, including onboarding, training, and professional development programs.
  • Measurement and Analytics: work closely with the HR Analytics team to establish metrics to measure the success of employer brand and culture initiatives, providing regular reporting and insights to the CHRO and Excom.
  • Brand Ambassadors: develop and empower employees as brand ambassadors, fostering a sense of pride and advocacy for the organization.

Qualifications

  • Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or experience performing related roles and functions in human resources or marketing.
  • At least 12 years of human resource management experience required, with strategic, and/or certifications for internal communication skills and experience design highly preferred. Or progressively responsible experience in related roles and functions such as internal communications, employee/customer experience, learning and development, program management, performance management, or business partnership.
  • Strong understanding of current HR trends, talent acquisition strategies, market dynamics, and local/international HR award recognition bodies.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically, balancing long-term vision with day-to-day operations.
