Join a team that designs, develops and integrates highly complex systems within Honeywell [SBG]. You will be integral in creating system solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. You will be involved in every aspect of the systems life cycle; from the front end of business development through product end of life.

This is a hybrid role, 3 + 2 days model.

Responsibilities:

Execute/ handle project deployments independently

Plan and conduct meetings with different groups and stake holders to arrange support

Monitor and track activities and escalation of issues to get them resolved

Review inputs, ensure scope clarity and map customer expectations in actual deliverables

Need to groom other Engineers on specific tasks

Ensure quality & specs compliances of deliverables for projects

Ability to support multiple product deployments and do multi-tasking

Identify possible improvement opportunities in processes and standards and drives them to be a part of the project execution

Able to work with end customers/dealers, ensures customer satisfaction exceeds the expectations

Reporting Alignment with Lead Engineer/Technical Manager

Experience/Knowledge/Skills

  • Graduate or Masters in IT/ Automation/ Instrumentation / Electronics / Electronics & Communication/ Electrical Engineering
  • Outstanding technical skills in HVAC products and solutions of Honeywell or similar companies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Romanian (Knowledge of Polish language will have added advantage)
  • 6-9 years of Engineering Project Management (HVAC, Process Control, BMS,etc.).
  • Independently handling projects for minimum 3 years that shall include quality ownership, owning project deadlines, project communication and customer satisfaction
