Job Description
Experience our Tire Manufacturing world and learn every relevant Production and Quality processes used in day to day operation!
- Introduction to production processes, Rubber Technologies, Material’s flow and Components in order to gain in-depth operational knowledge about the production process, with focus on Quality Management;
- During the training period a part will be focusing on shop floor experience incl. laboratory, in Manufacturing location and the second part of the program will be focusing on introduction into Quality Management System, its external foundations and the implication for the Organization Trainee pool in Central projects;
- Be part of the Central team and fulfill central training plan in order to gain technical knowledge, competencies and capabilities in the processes of the quality management and manufacturing environment and to develop an understanding of the tire business and structure;
- The training will be dynamic and will be done through rotations to other departments in order to get an insight into the collaboration of all departments;
- Establish and maintain a network throughout the plant, Central functions and International Trainees;
- Introduction into Quality Applications tools and other manufacturing applications, standards and norms, that are relevant to Automotive Industry;
Qualifications
- Profound theoretical background on Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, Electrical, Quality);
- Fluent English language;
- Intercultural experience through international internships or during semester(s) at an university abroad;
- Strong ability in analytical/structured thinking;
- Project Management represents a plus.
