As a Senior Human Resources Specialist, you will support Human Resources Directors (HRDs) that have responsibility for the field teams. You will provide assistance to the HRDs by acting as a first point of contact for the business. You will ensure compliance, confidentiality, and integrity of team member information to gather data and support the plan and execution of cyclical HR processes.

  • Coordinate HR functions and general administrative support for HR leadership
  • Track reports and compile metrics including diversity, turnover, headcount and other forms of measurement for the HR team
  • Coordinate training,interview and leadership development events
  • Provide support in delivering onboarding and training as applicable
  • Participate in special projects as assigned
  • Ensure data integrity and updating in Workday
  • Employee Record management, employee benefits tracking and filing
  • Assist in occasional administrative duties including: calendar management, meeting planning, booking travel, and expense support

About you:

  • High school Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of HR-Administrative experience, preferably with HR Admin knowledge of Guatemala & Mexico labor law
  • 1+ years of experience in delivering training and/or public speaking skills
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
  • Flexible team player with strong guest service orientation and ability to interface with individuals from all levels
  • Ability to communicate effectively with leadership levels and manage confidentiality
  • Strong verbal and written communication in both English and local language
  • Proficient in English and local language
