As a Key Account Manager, you will take ownerships for achieving or exceeding key account goals for assigned products within the allocated geography through the achievement of related quantitative and qualitative key performance indicators and ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.
Your Responsibilities:
o Demonstrate superior account engagement skills and cross-functional collaboration, with a deep understanding of the healthcare system and key accounts.
o Analyze the key account landscape and identify/segment target key accounts. This includes understanding the key accounts in the assigned geography, their stakeholders (HCPs, Health Authority, Pharmacies, Formulary, Purchasing committee...) and the tiering, prioritizing, and clustering process used to select key accounts.
o Develop and manage key account plans, supervise their progress, and take corrective actions to ensure that key account business objectives are met.
o Ensuring tender listing, availability of products, tender performance, RX fill rate, and new growth opportunities.
