Executive/AM - Procurement System Analyst

What role will you play?

In this role, you will analyse, test, and implement requests coming from BAU/Run the Bank while also supporting digital transformation projects. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying risks and improving system processes and procedures.

What you offer

  • 3-9 years of configuration and implementation experience with any product such as Coupa/Oracle Fusion/SAP Concur or Ariba. Expertise in P2P, travel and expense, third-party risk, or market data processes would be an added advantage.
  • Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Highly self-motivated and able to stay organised in a dynamic environment.
  • Effective communication skills, especially in understanding and conveying complex requirements. Ability to handle business pressures, meet global stakeholder expectations, and maintain professionalism while managing multiple work streams.
  • Proficient in working independently and efficiently within geographically dispersed teams and with global stakeholders. Ability to quickly assimilate information with high attention to detail.
  • Experience in managing quarterly product updates, understanding release notes, conducting regression testing, and collaborating with external product support teams. Skilled in identifying and implementing automation opportunities in systems and processes.
