Our Company

Changing the world through digital experiences is what Adobe’s all about. We give everyone—from emerging artists to global brands—everything they need to design and deliver exceptional digital experiences! We’re passionate about empowering people to create beautiful and powerful images, videos, and apps, and transform how companies interact with customers across every screen.

We’re on a mission to hire the very best and are committed to creating exceptional employee experiences where everyone is respected and has access to equal opportunity. We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours!

The opportunity

Adobe.com is one of the most trafficked sites in the world, with trillions of visits to over a million pages every year. Adobe.com's Enterprise UX team designs and delivers cohesive and beautiful user journeys to enterprise and business prospects and customers across Adobe.com.

We’re looking for a strong UX design leader with Enterprise and B2B UX experience to join us.

Do you understand what an enterprise or B2B prospect needs, or more importantly, if you know the right questions to ask to find that out… If you are passionate about useful (and even delightful) user journeys within an enterprise context… And if you know how to inspire and lead a team to deliver against that remit? We’d love to chat.

What you'll do

This role requires the ability to understand Adobe’s enterprise product marketing strategy and the business needs that our website can best solve, as well as how to apply a UX lens to solving those problems. You’ll develop deep partnerships with product managers, engineers, content design, and our design systems team to deliver cohesive end-to-end journeys. We need a natural leader who can encourage, inspire, and nurture a team. The ideal candidate should have a strong design background, a passion for engaging user experience (and the UX Research that led there), and a proven track record working in an enterprise context.

What you need to succeed

  • Partner with Product Management to plan and craft end-to-end user journeys on Business.adobe.com.
  • Be an active contributor in business and strategic reviews, partnering closely with PMs to understand the needs of the business and how to tackle them through strong UX thinking. Represent the team and work to senior leadership at Adobe.
  • Partner with content design to build and optimize the templates and components they need to deliver the right content at the right time to the right visitor.
  • Partner with the Design Systems team to build these templates and components into our system, allowing for use and optimization at scale.
  • Lead UX Research around key business priorities and use qualitative and quant data to best advise impactful user journeys.
  • Lead and strengthen a team of world-class UX designers to craft compelling experiences for varied audiences.
  • Build a successful, collaborative environment that encourages deep partnership with cross-functional teams and sets a high bar for design craft.
  • Champion customer-centricity, accessibility and inclusion, and good design choices across functions.
