Overview

The Partner Interfaces team is part of the larger Mastercard Digital Enablement Service (MDES) that is a single integrated platform for digital players to enable the digitization of supported digital payment methods. Our team vision is to facilitate consumption and maintenance of MDES services through a collection of easily accessible and well documented interfaces.

The Partner Interfaces team is looking for a content creator to produce, maintain clear and effective how-to videos, e-learning and other documentation for our platform and services. The ideal candidate is passionate about the customer experience, has an attention to detail, and can extract the necessary information from stakeholders and multiple evolving sources.

This exciting new role requires you to work closely with the service owners, product managers, other cross-functional teams to create content using a range of media methods to educate, promote, create awareness for services, from the highest-level business benefit to the technical details.

Role

In this role, you will:

  • Research, develop and design accurate and engaging learning content related to a range of subjects and audiences.
  • Create training material for internal/customer such as but not limited to webinars, How-To videos and eLearning.
  • Design bespoke self-led learning solutions, including assessments, videos, animations, scenario-based learning, and simulations for a variety of subjects within MDES.
  • Implement learning & development program components and work streams.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of learning & development best-practices.
  • Synthesize research on digital, mobile, and social learning technologies to contribute recommendations to instructional design, content development, and delivery requirements.

All About You

  • Experience working as a content creator or as a creative marketer with 3 years’ experience with a knack for creating video.
  • Provide a showreel or portfolio of your work.
  • Strong storytelling and creative skills.
  • Ability to adapt to different styles and tones.
  • Experience with motion graphics and animation is a plus.
  • Proactive, fun and energetic attitude.
  • Know that the best ideas are sometimes the wild ones.
  • Be self-motivated and diligent, yet able to adapt when needed.
  • Experience in developing remote learning content at a professional level
  • Excellent writing and verbal skills - able to adapt and develop written content provided by subject matter experts and senior stakeholders so that it is accessible and communicates clearly with the intended audience
  • Wide and deep experience with Vyond, Articulate Rise, Articulate 360, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Cloud, AI voice over solutions and other e-learning or media technologies including Learning Management Systems.
  • Exposure to learning & development program/product administration
  • Experience navigating the organization to find internal resources and tools Comprehension of increasingly complex products, processes, and projects.
  • Ability to conceptualize content visually
  • Coordination and aligning, collaborating with multiple stakeholders
  • Flexibility to adapt to new ideas, changes, and feedback.

Advantageous:

  • Working knowledge or background in the global payment industry, or similar.
