We continue to empower and grow our Consulting business in Turkey. We are now seeking “Manager” to join for our growing Supply Chain & Operations Department with the following qualifications;

The opportunity

  • Knowledge in Supply Chain & Operations, Sourcing, Procurement & Product Life Cycle Management
  • Outstanding academic record including a bachelor's degree and approximately 10 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 5 years of related work experience
  • Experience in diversified manufacturing industries is a plus, preferably with project management / business consultancy / implementation experience on APS, IBP, Optimization, Operational Excellence, MES, Purchasing or Logistics areas
  • A professional designation (e.g. SCMP, CSCP, CLTD, CPIM, CPSM) is an asset
  • Excellent communications skills including verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Cognitive flexibility, creativity and readiness to learn more are key skills
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • A high level of motivation and a self-starting attitude
  • An ability to think outside the box, and thrive on new challenges
  • A willingness to travel on short notice to meet client needs

Job Description

  • Familiarity with leading supply chain solutions and ERP systems
  • Participate in client engagements that transform supply chains and infrastructure through a cross-disciplinary approach
  • Assist with review, improvement, and assessment of supply chain and operations functions
  • Provide insight by using a robust set of data analytics
  • Help prepare reports and schedules that will be delivered to clients and other parties
  • Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel
  • Build strong internal relationships within EY Consulting Services and with other services across the organization
  • Work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication, and updating senior team members on progress
  • Provide creative solutions to client needs using experience, EY knowledge base, client feedback to improve processes, business and operating models and recommend technology based business requirements to technology teams
  • Partcipate in cross capability, functional and cross border teams to seek the best available, suited solution for the clients
  • Support customer propositions and develop business case for the proposed solutions
