The Director Product Management for Marketing and Loyalty is a key member of the Nordstrom Product Management team, championing customer experience evolution by delivering key customer marketing and loyalty features and functionality for Nordstrom across all platforms. Product Management is responsible for making sure we build the right products and features for our customers and business units. To accomplish that, product leaders plan the product roadmap and prioritize the applicable technology backlog, lead product discovery, and measure and communicate results of the feature portfolio in production, all through excellent collaboration across other Product Management teams, Engineering and Business Stakeholder groups.
This is a highly visible role and requires ongoing partnership to transform how Nordstrom evolves and scales offerings for existing Nordstrom customers. In order to succeed, candidates will need to be collaborative, technical, and results-oriented, while having deep expertise in building marketing and loyalty capabilities and experiences.

Pay Range Details
The pay range(s) below are provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different in other locations.
Washington: $200,500 - $332,000 Annually
This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses. Benefits include 401k, medical/vision/dental/life/disability insurance options, PTO accruals, Holidays, and more.
