In this role you will: 

  • Develop and maintain an good understanding of the organization's IAM systems, processes, and requirements. 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyse business needs for testing IAM systems and processes. 
  • Design, plan, and execute end-to-end testing strategies for IAM initiatives, including unit testing, integration testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing. 
  • Follow established test methodologies, standards, and best practices for IAM testing activities in line with GAMP. 
  • Create and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure test coverage and traceability. 
  • Execute test cases and track defects, ensuring timely resolution and closure of identified issues. 
  • Monitor and report on the progress of testing activities, including test coverage, test execution status, and defect metrics. 
  • Provide regular updates to project stakeholders on test progress, issues, and risks. 

You'll succeed because you have: 

  • Proven experience in software testing, ideally including good knowledge of IAM concepts, frameworks, and technologies. 
  • Good understanding of IAM processes, such as user provisioning, access control, identity verification, role-based access control (RBAC), and privileged access management (PAM). 
  • Solid expertise in designing and executing test strategies, test plans, and test cases for IAM systems and processes. 
  • Experience with IAM and PAM tools, such as Okta, EmpowerID and Cyberark would be a bonus. 
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and troubleshoot complex issues. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
  • Attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness in testing activities. 
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
