We are proud to represent our Fortune 500 Client in Denver, CO as they grow their HR Department and add the resources of a strong Human Resources Business Partner. Through policy knowledge, labor law expertise, human resources analysis, and collaboration with the Senior Leadership Team, the HRBP will help the Human Resources Team thrive and the company grow to new heights. The position is hybrid, 3 days in the Denver office and 2 days remote. 

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years Senior Human Resources ExperienceWorked closely with Senior Leadership to determine current HR needs and areas of opportunity
  • Experience evaluating a company’s current departments and roles to compare against company’s future strategies and objectives
  • Experience with investigations, coaching, development and training, project and change management and data analysis
  • Extensive knowledge of Human Resources policies and laws in support of drafting new policies in accordance with industry trends, labor laws and regulations, and company strategy
  • Ability to create strategies to foster and strengthen relationships between the company’s leadership group and employees

Preferred Skills:

  • PHR or SPHR Certification
  • Master’s Degree (HRI) or MBA in HRM
  • Strong computer skills to work in multiple systems, including but not limited to HRIS, ATS, and LMS

Compensation: $110k - 135k

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
