The Director of Client Solutions and Omni Transformation will lead the main sales enablement function within CMX. Partnering with leaders from Marketing, Merchandising, Digital, Loyalty & Personalization, and Insights to support in year supplier investment and long-term strategic growth objectives. Your understanding of the retail media landscape, the changing needs of the CPG, Rx, and Media Agency community as well as shifting advertiser sentiment will be essential to excelling in this role. You will report into the Head of CMX Marketing, and be responsible for providing best-in-class sales strategies to the Partner Management Team across various verticals to enable brand growth which includes:

  • Ensuring cross CVS team strategy/program coordination to ensure alignment to organizational priorities and investment worthy packages.
  • Providing thought leadership, best practices, & innovative guidance in all areas of sales enablement.
  • Partnering with L&P to define the strategy for annual planning, the development of test and learn agendas, as well as integrated marketing calendars and campaigns that lead to stronger results than can be achieved individually, think 1+1=3.
  • Leading full-funnel campaigns to achieve supplier participation & investment as well as incremental sales & new customer acquisition.
  • Driving strategy, campaign channel, as well as in-store and onsite experience development.

Experience:

  • 8+ years of digital media, advertising technology, and marketing experience with a strong foundation of business, retailer, and consumer understanding.
  • 6+ years cross-functional leadership experience, including demonstrated success building & leading a large team in a start-up business structure.
  • 4+ years of digital marketing experience (online & offline) including examples of testing & validating emerging opportunities; Primarily retail marketing or retail agency/strategy experience.
  • 2+ years of brand or category management experience a plus.
  • Proven track record of the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external business partners in delivery ROI positive results.
  • Intellectual curiosity and rigorous analytical experience and a strong familiarity with the digital environment
  • Self-motivated, high-capacity individual who can function and win in a demanding, performance-driven environment.
  • Thorough understanding of digital marketing tactics, operational process & enabling technologies (e.g., Website, Google Analytics, CRM, Salesforce)
  • Ability to represent the voice of the customer in marketing plan development & all aspects of the work.
  • Seeks broader perspectives & gathers information to understand business issues, priorities & the culture of how we operate across various stakeholder groups.
  • Asks the right questions to get to the root cause to define problems before moving to solutions.

Skills: Must Have

Minimum Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Finance, or related field preferred. Ideally, an MBA.
