We are seeking a Product Manager for the ServiceRocket Apps business unit who will thrive as an individual contributor with a hands-on, detail oriented and entrepreneurial approach to problem solving.

Success (what defines your success in this role)

  • High performing products and product line, through multiplied growth of customer base, product metrics and revenue contribution.
  • Deep, shared understanding of customers, so that every team member can effectively contribute towards product goals.

Responsibilities

  • Drive discovery and delivery roadmap of the entire lifecycle of multiple products.
  • Develop business requirements to create product specifications.
  • Develop, measure and analyze product KPIs and metrics.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to bring new products and features to launch.
  • Continuously build shared customer understanding.

Essential functions & skills

  • Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the team’s ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals. Demonstrate strong end-to-end accountability towards KPIs and OKRs.
  • Communicate product strategy and vision supported by analysis to all relevant participants and stakeholders.
  • Develop crisp business requirements to create product specifications and architecture for each product and application.
  • Work closely with the entire product, growth and customer support teams to deliver new products to market and to make existing products more valuable.
  • Develop and grow business opportunities for ServiceRocket Apps business unit.

Requirements

  • Typically 1-2 years of experience in software product management, leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and projects.
  • Experience working with lean, agile engineering teams to define, scope and prioritize product requirements.
  • Practical knowledge in B2B software applications and platforms, as well as usability (UX/UI) aspects.
  • Proven track of capacity to learn, unlearn and relearn for self and team growth.
  • Strong research, methodical and analytical skills with excellent English (verbal and written) communication skills.

This position is not eligible for visa assistance/sponsorship or relocation assistance. Although the position is hybrid/remote, preferential consideration will be given to candidates based locally to the country’s office in order to better collaborate with our team.
