Direct Consultant: Central Director of Student Ministry
Hours Commitment: Full-time (40 hours/week) with regular weekend responsibilities.
The Student Ministry team exists to increase the effectiveness in introducing more and more students and families to Jesus and helping them to become fully devoted followers. The right candidate will have a passion and desire to recruit, train, equip, empower, sustain and vision cast volunteer teams regularly, as well as a passion and desire to see students fall in love with Jesus.

You'll Contribute to Life Change by:
- Oversee and execute Collide (5th – 8th grade) and HSM (9th – 12th grade) Gatherings on Weekends and Wednesday nights.
- Ensure the transitions between kidMinistry and College Age are strong.
- Grow and establish relationships with volunteers and students and know their stories.
Skills Needed to Succeed:
- Confident and capable in leading, development and resourcing adult leaders.
- Organizational management skills and can lead with excellence.
- Strong communicator who listens well and inspires others into action.

- Can articulate an identifiable salvation experience and lives out a pattern of spiritual development and regular participation at LCBC.
