Your Role

  • Partner with the Product and Marketing teams to plan, develop and execute social media strategies and events on multiple platforms
  • Track engagement metrics, monitor sentiment and analyse user behaviour for community growth, social media reach and product improvement opportunities
  • Maintain a content calendar and library for social media posts, newsletters, blogs and video updates for community communications
  • Actively engage with influencers and the community to encourage discussions and user-generated content. Be the Voice of the player advocating for their needs
  • Be the Subject Matter Expert on Community Management for Dream Game Studios by being up to date on industry best practices and trends
  • You will collaborate with the community and internal teams on collecting feedback, organise regular diary studies & Playtests
  • You will be the first point of contact of the community and will be advoicating their needs at every turn

Must Have

  • 4+ years of experience in managing gaming communities 
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and project management skills
  • Ability to analyse data and derive insights to improve community engagement
  • Proficient in various social media platforms, trends and analytics
  • Experience in proactively organising community initiatives and events

Good to have

  • Deep knowledge and genuine enthusiasm for mobile games and cricket
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing, creating and leveraging partnerships
  • Proficient in creating content to keep the community excited and engaged
  • Multilingual proficiency to engage a diverse vernacular gaming community
  • Experience with customer support and resolving user issues in timely manner
