The base salary range for this role is $50,000 per year - $73,000 per year, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This role is eligible for the Fanatics Betting and Gaming and an equity award.

Fanatics Betting & Gaming (FBG) is looking for a CRM Analyst to help deliver our sportsbook customer acquisition and retention strategy. Reporting into our Director, Cross-Sell Marketing, you will play an integral role on the Marketing team as well as the wider FBG organization.

Responsibilities

  • Help execute campaigns that deliver against new customer acquisition and retention goals, leveraging email, push and paid marketing to acquire and retain FBG customers.
  • Develop detailed campaign briefs that clearly communicate requirements, deliverables and provide feedback and approval of assets in partnership with the creative team.
  • Help build and maintain the marketing calendar, inclusive of state launches, promotions and acquisition campaigns.
  • Support daily operations of campaign setup, asset management, monitoring and reporting.
  • QA assets prior to execution, ensuring each campaign is tested and functions as expected.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams from Fanatics CRM, Marketing Ops, Creative, Legal and more to develop communications, promotions and tactics that advance Fanatics acquisition and retention goals.
  • Identify testing opportunities and contribute to building a testing roadmap from planning and development through scaling the learning.
  • Must be open to occasional travel to Fanatics Betting & Gaming offices and other locations for conferences, events, meetings, and team-building activities.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of CRM, Email and/or Lifecycle marketing experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related discipline.
  • Experience building and executing multi channel campaigns (email, app and sms).Must be detail-oriented and able to effectively execute and follow processes.
  • Extremely proactive and understands that the business regularly evolves and is ready to pivot.
  • Must have strong communication skills, and a willingness to present ideas and findings.
  • Must have the ability to analyze data in real-time and adjust strategy to optimize campaign performance.
  • A team player that is collaborative and able to work cross-functionally across different teams at Fanatics.
  • A passion for sports, gaming and entertainment products that drives empathetic and thoughtful decisions around communicating with product users.
  • Must be okay traveling to team off sites and offices occasionally.
