The Supervisor Marketing Operations leads a small team of global content specialists in support of the global portfolio marketing organization in managing content updates, DAM posting, and other portfolio marketing projects. 

Responsibilities:

  • Supervises a team of people
  • Works to understand basic accounting principles including expense recognition, pre-paid, accruals, capital expenditures and amortizations
  • Coordinate and track marketing Headcount, T&E, Program and MDF spending which includes raising purchase orders, coordinating SOWs, supporting new supplier set-up, and expediting vendor invoices and producing PO expenditure reports
  • Work with project/budget owners and finance to ensure appropriate accounting and expense recognition by making sure all orders are placed and received in a timely manner
  • Monitor processes and tracks invoices
  • Adding analysis, context and insight to data reporting to allow the marketing function to make good, timely and smart business decisions
  • Supports the strategic and tactical planning processes including managing our planning technologies
  • Tracks and reports progress of marketing projects
  • Participates in the creation of concepts and brainstorming sessions
  • Support other projects and performs other duties as required

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or 4 years’ equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of experience within an operations role (marketing, channel, or sales)
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English
  • Process driven, detail oriented, flexible, and a gifted collaborator
  • Able to work independently on projects
  • Thrives in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and SharePoint; Strong in Excel
  • Team oriented; Strong interpersonal and communication skills; Ability to work with and effectively communicate across the marketing organization, cross-functionally, and with suppliers in a professional manner
  • Successful track record of facilitating planning and executing strategic & tactical plans that are integrate and aligned with the rest of the organization and corporate strategy
