As a Technical Project Manager, you will be a focal point to work with stakeholders, developments teams in additional to external development resources to develop new residential smart locks and solutions in addition to improving the locks and solutions on the market. Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Reporting to the Director of Engineering, as a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for one or more projects to take from initial concepts into production. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to align on objectives, requirements and schedule and then work with the internal and external development teams to build an execution plan to launch each project. You will be responsible to do what is necessary to ensure deliverables are met, risks are mitigated, detours are managed, and stakeholders are aligned and informed along the way.
You will be involved in all phases of the electronics product life cycle and will engage with a multi-disciplinary team including Electronics Hardware, Firmware, Mechanical, Mobile Apps, Cloud, Supply Chain, Quality, Manufacturing, Marketing, Finance, and other functions. Projects will range in complexity from small projects or large multi-faceted projects with either internal and/or external resources.

Also, the candidate has successfully managed external resources and development partners to deliver products from early concept phase into production. Work Environment:
Pay Range: $124,635-$182,798
This “base salary range” is a reasonable estimate for this position at the time of posting. Pay within each range is based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, to primary work job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
