The goal of the program is to provide a fast track into R&D. Tires offering a wide spread of challenging opportunities for qualified engineers and scientist.
As a member of the Continental Explore Program, you will be part of a multicultural, highperformance team that shapes its own training initiative and charts its own voyage of discovery through the world of Continental. In the space of about two years you will not only work on stateoftheart technological projects but also deal with current business issues, as well as presenting the results of your work in front of colleagues from R&D Tires. In addition, you will broaden your experience through a threemonth long international plant assignment and familiarize yourself with our customer requirements in the sales sector. During this period, you have the opportunities to arrange trainings (technical or soft skills), whenever your team regards it as necessary.

Job Requirements Are you a University graduate (Bachelor, Master, or Ph.D.) with a background in engineering or natural sciences (chemistry, physics etc.)?
