Job Profile Summary:

In this role, you will administer and maintain a portfolio of policies of high complexity and ensure the prompt issuance of policy contracts and bills. At the same time, you will support the team in providing administrative support in servicing the clients. You will report to the Billing Team Lead, Enterprise Business Operations, and work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that policy contracts, premium notices and endorsement are issued within the agreed turnaround time.

Job Description:

  • Manage and support assigned portfolios to ensure BAU activities are carried out with high level of accuracy, efficiency and within the agreed turnaround time. This includes issuance of bills, policy contracts, endorsements and medical cards.
  • Handle phone and email enquiries via various channels. E.g. Contact Centre, direct clients, etc.
  • Work with different appointed Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) to ensure that clients' requested services are provided for. Ensure that clients' complaints / feedbacks are resolved with the TPAs and clients' service level agreement are met.
  • Participate in assigned projects / product launches and ensure that tight timelines are adhered and met.
  • Perform UAT, as and when required.
  • Coach and mentor junior administrators.
  • Other Adhoc assigned tasks.

  • Prior experience with employee benefits scheme is desirable
  • Knowledge of term life or hospital and surgical plans is a must
