This role requires a deep understanding of our business, our customers, and the global financial markets landscape with a focus on leveraging integrated marketing programs to increase awareness, engagement, acquisition, and retention of our products and services.

A successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with the business leads across the team to understand their priorities and translate those into impactful and results-oriented multi-channel marketing programs. They will then work closely with both our in-house agency and external partners to execute their programs at the highest standards across a variety of marketing channels, tracking results and optimizing along the way.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential clients within the futures trading community. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction. 
  • Communicate effectively with clients to educate them on our platform’s features, benefits, and products offered. 
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted sales materials and campaigns. 
  • Provide feedback to internal teams on client-based insights to continuously improve our platform and services.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in Exchange Experience 
  • A strong understanding of the financial services markets, including knowledge of key client segments (Institutional Investors, Broker Dealers, PTFs, Banks, etc.) and their decision makers (traders, portfolio managers, CEO’s, CFO’s etc.).
  • Track record of developing and executing results-oriented promotional, lead generation, and customer engagement programs with proven ROI.
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills with an ability to create project plans and manage through seamless execution.
  • Ability to manage budgets and right-size initiatives based on requirements and constraints.
  • Sound professional judgment and ability to prioritize work under pressure and to multi-task competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required

Salary: $200,000 - $400,000

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $200,000 to $400,000. The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation including discretionary bonuses and other short- and long-term incentives (e.g., deferred cash, equity, etc.).
