We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment function and position Redaptive as an employer of choice for top talent. You will play a crucial part in identifying and bringing on board top-tier talent that aligns with our organizational culture and goals. You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting candidates to managing the selection process. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting, a keen understanding of industry trends, and the ability to foster strong partnerships with hiring managers. You will be responsible to lead recruiting across a variety of functions like finance, accounting, energy engineering, technology, and operations

Job Responsibilities

  • Strategic Talent Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to understand current and future talent need and develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies that align with organizational goals and growth plans.
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Own the end-to-end recruitment process and implement creative strategies to recruit high performing talent and ensure positive candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Talent Pipeline Development: Proactively build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical roles, anticipating future hiring needs. In addition to this, foster relationships with industry professionals, universities, and relevant networks to enhance the candidate pool.
  • Employer Branding: Identify strategies to position Redaptive as an employer of choice and acting as a brand ambassador, promoting the organization's values and culture to attract top talent.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with hiring managers to understand position requirements and provide guidance on best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of talent acquisition and KPIs.
  • Compliance and Diversity Initiatives: Stay current on employment laws and regulations, ensuring recruitment processes comply with legal standards.
  • Vendor Management: Evaluate and manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other talent acquisition vendors. Negotiate and oversee contracts to ensure cost-effective partnerships.
  • Onboarding Support: Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new hires. Provide support in developing onboarding materials and programs.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, recommending and implementing improvements to the recruitment process.

Job Requirements / Qualifications

  • Must-Haves:
  • 10+ years of experience recruiting for technology and functional roles for global organizations.
  • Bachelor’s or equivalent degree with a focus on HR or Talent Acquisition
  • Effective communication skills to convey information clearly and build positive relationships.
  • Proficient in leveraging technology and tools for sourcing, recruitment, and analytics.
  • Demonstrate flexibility to experiment with tasks/projects/roles.
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately in time-sensitive positions.
  • Ability to understand and recruit for complex roles in technology, energy engineering, operations and finance functions.
  • Nice to have:
  • Familiarity with and a demonstrated ability to leverage AI technologies, such as ChatGPT, for enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process.
  • Master’s or equivalent degree with a focus on HR or Talent Acquisition

  • Analytical skills: interpret recruitment metrics, assess the effectiveness of strategies, and make informed decisions.
