The Product Design team designs, validates and brings new products to market.; designs, tests and integrates components to produce final designs; and evaluates the design's overall effectiveness, cost, reliability and safety. Collaborates with internal partners to optimize designs for manufacturability. Uses CAD/CAE systems to model new designs and produce detailed engineering drawings.

We are seeking qualified candidates for an Associate Designer opening in our Design Organization.
As an Associate Designer in Whirlpool, you will help conceptualize and develop new products for a global large-scale product portfolio, assisting with the creation of on-product graphic systems and their application, closely working with UX, ID and CMF stakeholders within the Design organization but also seeking alignment through Engineering and Marketing areas. Intrinsically grounded on our brands’ strategy, you will also build and update Visual Brand Language Guidelines, create sub-brands’ logos and other branded graphic assets, besides creating final artwork for printing on a regular basis.
