The Client and Partner Technologies team is charted with enabling brilliant Netflix experiences on partner devices and building foundational client systems and tools. As a Product Manager for Partner Device Tools & Services, you work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to support our technical engagements and roadmaps with partners such as Samsung, MediaTek, Amazon, and regional partners like Comcast and Sky.

Using both qualitative insights and quantitative metrics to guide decisions and measure success, you will be responsible for driving, developing and executing different software and hardware product roadmaps. This is a dynamic role interfacing with device partners, partner engineering teams and hundreds of internal engineers to drive efficiency and quality, ensuring members around the world have the best Netflix experience.

Required Skills

  • Deep experience with software test tools and shipping high quality products
  • 7+ years of experience in product management, technical program management, software engineering, or leading software development projects
  • Strong depth-of-knowledge of embedded platforms and the consumer electronics market
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to clearly articulate business impact and technical constraints tailored to the audience
  • Ability to think strategically and lean on data to inform decision-making
  • Can balance consumer, partner, and business interests while considering technical integration tradeoffs
  • Proven experience creating partnerships with cross-functional teams and organizations, driving large-scale technical execution plans with measurable milestones, debating technical approaches, and building long-term scalable solutions

Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $120,000 - $515,000.

Netflix provides comprehensive benefits including Health Plans, Mental Health support, a 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer match, Stock Option Program, Disability Programs, Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts, Family-forming benefits, and Life and Serious Injury Benefits. We also offer paid leave of absence programs. Full-time hourly employees accrue 35 days annually for paid time off to be used for vacation, holidays, and sick paid time off.
