Partner with the best

As a Sourcing Specialist, you will manage the buying process for a given set of goods/services. Apply sourcing policy, interface between supplier and entity with respect to specifications and budgets.

As a Sourcing Specialist , you will be responsible for:

• Evaluating current and anticipated requirements, determine potential sources, obtain bids, and plan programs to meet business needs
• Managing relationships with suppliers for PO execution. Manage schedule changes and update ERP.
• Soliciting and evaluating proposals employing appropriate negotiation, cost and price analysis techniques, using available expertise
• Initiating Requests for quote (RFQs), execute Purchase Orders and perform procurement activities within project requirements, budget, schedule, and in accordance with company procedures.
• Collaborating with Project team to meet the Delivery requirements of Customer
• Ensuring Supplier On time delivery and achieved cost out targets set forth.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have Bachelor's and 7-10 years of procurement /supply chain/ Sourcing experience.
• Must be fluent in speaking Mandarin to communicate with Chinese suppliers.
• Have knowledge and experience of using Oracle system to handle PO lifecycle management.
• Have Oil and Gas industry background, preferably.
• Have good understanding and ability to apply various commercial models to deliver best cost and schedule outcomes
• Have ability to work independently.
