SUMMARY OF DUTIES

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Intelligence Analyst with expertise in utilizing various BI tools, AI technologies, and data management tools for data-driven decision-making within our organization. The successful candidate will be proficient in the following primary requirements:

BI Tools:

  • Proven experience in designing and developing interactive and insightful dashboards using industry standard data visualization tools.
  • Ability to extract and transform data from diverse sources for analysis and reporting purposes.
  • Strong proficiency in other Business Intelligence tools to ensure a comprehensive understanding of diverse data analytics platforms.

AI (Artificial Intelligence):

  • Knowledge of AI technologies and their integration into BI processes for predictive analytics and enhanced decision-making.

SQL:

  • Proficiency in SQL for querying databases, ensuring the ability to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets.

Analytics:

  • Demonstrated expertise in data analytics, including the ability to interpret trends, patterns, and outliers to derive actionable insights. MS Power Apps:
  • Experience in leveraging MS Power Apps for building and maintaining custom applications and automating business processes.

Secondary Requirements:

In addition to the primary requirements, familiarity with the following tools will be considered advantageous:

Oracle EBS:

  • Strong technical and functional understanding of one or more of the following Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) family of products:
  • Regulatory

  • Experience with web-based analytical tools for extracting and analyzing data from online sources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consistently provides an exceptional customer experience when engaging with colleagues, end- users, and other stakeholders.
  • Utilize BI/AI technologies to enhance predictive analytics capabilities and provide valuable insights.
  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using industry standard data visualization tools.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into meaningful analytics solutions.
  • Execute complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize business processes.
  • Utilize MS Power Apps to create and maintain custom applications that enhance data accessibility and automation.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in the BI, AI, and analytics space.
  • Provide training and support to end-users for efficient use of BI/AI tools and applications.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of BI/AI solutions into existing systems.
  • Assist in the evaluation and implementation of new BI/AI tools and technologies.
  • Performs other related duties and tasks as required.

SUMMARY OF MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education and/or experience equivalent bachelor's degree in a related field (Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, etc.).
  • 5 years proven experience in a similar BI Analyst role with a focus on BI, AI, SQL, and analytics.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
