We are seeking an experienced and exceptional Product leader who can lead a product team focused on building a transformational experience to deliver Self Service experience spanning voice and digital channels within the Customer Care space through AI & GenAI driven product solutions using a combination of experiments, growth hacking and new technology investments. This leader will shape and define the Omni Care Self Service AI/ML & GenAI product strategy for the next generation platform to empower human understanding at scale. This is an opportunity to be part of building something transformational, backed with the stability and scalability that the Fortune 1 company can provide.

As the biggest player in the game, we trust our associates to innovate the future of our Customer experience and engagement. You’ll make an impact by:

  • Defining vision and strategies for our Omni Care Self Service Pillar and experience - you will use your domain expertise in ecommerce, physical retail and mobile apps, internal and external best practices, identifying market opportunities, building business cases, and approving objectives
  • Understanding of automation, AI and GenAI technologies and their application in business operations across multiple domains including Customer Care
  • Experience with automation platforms.
  • Defining vision and strategies for your product family, using domain expertise, internal and external best practices, identifying market opportunities, building business cases, and approving objectives
  • Experience running waterfall and agile projects and programs.
  • Building collaborative relationships with key partners by driving priorities aligned to business goals, communicating and prioritizing product roadmaps, and gaining buy-in from executive leadership
  • Providing overall direction by analyzing business objectives and customer needs
  • Building a team environment by selecting, training, and mentoring a team of 5-7 Product Managers

Preferred Qualifications...

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Communications, or related field and 6 years’ experience in product management or related field OR 8 years’ experience in product management or related field. 2-3 years' experience building and leading high performing teams.

  • Deliver tech products & services in a highly driven, fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong documentation and interpersonal skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to communicate at a level appropriate to the audience (stores, peers and senior management).
  • Strong technical competency, must be able to work closely with engineering team to influence and analyze architecture of highly complex systems 
  • Ability to align various stakeholder groups on shared goals
  • 5+ Years' Experience Leading Cross-functional Teams

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $169,000.00-$338,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:

  • Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
  • Stock equity incentives
