MIC Digital Key User will be responsible for testing and ongoing operation of MIC software and the related customs processes. MIC Key User will develop expertise in the MIC tool throughout the testing and execution of existing processes.

With us you will:

• Develop knowledge and expertise in MIC and associated SAP transactions.
• Support testing of MIC with SAP and external systems (CDS, NCTS, MAREVA)
• Build and maintain written procedures to ensure business continuity.
• Master data Maintenance within MIC
• Utilize IOPT tracker and other tools to identify all in-scope material codes.
• Maintain all key attributes in parts master database (including Commodity codes, preferential status, customs description, procedure codes + other customs relevant data)
• Maintain haulier/lane mapping tables with relevant transportation/lane data.
• Resolution of missing transactional data (e.g., pricing, weights etc)
• 1st Level Issue resolution for EXPORTS
• Receive and resolve help requests from site End Users/KU
• Use detailed MIC process knowledge and SAP expertise to provide timely resolution to issues, preventing export delays whilst maintaining compliance and accuracy.
• Raising and monitoring 2nd level technical issues to the MIC helpdesk or P&G BPX
• Support customs processes to drive compliance.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Proven Digital Fluency
• Proven similar experience
• Proactive and process driven
• Strong collaborative and team player skills
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Strong ownership & accountability and a hands-on “CAN DO” attitude is a must.
• Knowledge of SAP and warehousing/OSB processes
• Strong collaborative and team player skills
