ABOUT THE JOB
We are looking for Assistant Customer Care manager who can support Customer Care teams to achieve the business goals. Candidate should be able to do trainings & provide support and create a service/Customer care business. Person needs to have Service Management Experience. A technical skilled person with management experience will be plus.
ABOUT YOUR TASKS:
- Assistant to customer care manager to lead the Customer Care teams to achieve the Customer Care Teams Financial results.
- Involve in day-to-day collaborations with Sales Teams to achieve Sales teams Financial Result.
- Responsible for managing customer care team in accordance with Professional business principles.
- Assistant to Customer Care Manager to Design, Manage and Implement technical evaluation program to define accreditation standards for technical skills level of ASC and Dealers.
- Design, promote and sales Preventive Maintenance packages for customers.
- Define and implement minimum Spare Parts list to be carried by accredited services teams
- Define business targets for sales of spare parts profitably in line with group target.
- Deliver training programs for sales team, dealer and back office to improve products knowledge skills
- Deliver training programs for service technician and ASCs to improve technical skills
- Prepare monthly reports for country customer care activities.
- Coordinate with regional HQ to report, follow up and solve technical issues identified from feedback gathered by technicians and sales team. Perform site interventions if required
ABOUT YOU
- Strong Business and People Manager with at least 5 years’ experience in managing service teams
- Good people leadership skill
- Good planning and organizational skill.
- Proficient in Microsoft office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills
- Possess team spirit and driven attitude
- Willingness to learn and innovate
- Technical knowledge and expertise will be an advantage
- Travelling is required
