Why is this role really critical to us?

Ensure that Vodafone Automation Operation Services Up & Running with pro-active perspective on production.

IT ownership & accountability to ensure that necessary actions are taken to prevent occurrence of service usage problems

Planning collaboration with architects, designers, and working closely with Vodafone Group to be in line with group strategies.

How will you spend your time at Vodafone?

• Responsible for performing application monitoring and performance tuning of released product and services
• Attend design meetings for new projects and report issues if necessary
• Responsible for troubleshooting of transactions
• Creating new alarms for new products and services and take necessary action when triggered
• Providing required information for defects, following up on defects within predefined SLA
• Solving Fault cases reported by Cops within predefined SLA
• Performing necessary tests on preproduction before releases
• Responsible for KPI reports 
• Responsible for configuring, maintaining, troubleshooting and monitoring any issues for Automation Operation Services
• Operational support of Automation Operation systems on 7*24 basis to provide continuous IT services availability and issue resolution.
• Periodic monitoring and performance tuning of the systems
• Develop automations for workarounds on systems
• Protect VF TR’s information assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference

You are just the person we’ve been looking for, if you have:

• Ensure VTR BCMS by planning, establishing, embedding, implementing, monitoring, reviewing, maintaining and improving within VFTR
• Knowledge on Robotic Process Automation is a must
• Knowledge on Workload Automation is a must
• Knowledge on Batch Processing is a must
• Other CMDB, Maximo, Zabbix, Event and Alarm monitoring administration is a plus
