Help us find efficient and effective ways to streamline operations by automating manual tasks. Join us as a Data Operations Executive at the Data Service Centre based in Gurugram. You will support various data workstreams post go-live, including Data Quality, S&P Ratings data, Model & Application policy, and more.

What role will you play?

In this role, you will support data processing activities for internal and external data. This includes manual and/or automated workflows, integrating third-party data, and ensuring accuracy. You will assist the Alteryx and Power BI user community in utilising the big data platform effectively, including testing and validating data change requests. Resolving production issues related to data applications is also a key responsibility. Additionally, you will write SQL queries to identify and address data gaps between source and target systems.

What you offer

  • A minimum bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or any other relevant quantitative discipline.
  • 2-6 years of post-qualification relevant experience working with data and managing KTLO Ops on different back-end systems such as SQL, IDQ, PowerBI, Alteryx.
  • Familiar with the end-to-end process of extracting, cleansing, and presenting data in a format suitable for non-technical end users.
  • Experience in leading teams, as well as any experience in risk management or financial services, would be an added benefit.

About the Risk Management Group

In our Risk Management Group, you will be part of an independent, and centralised function, responsible for independent and objective review and challenge, oversight, monitoring and reporting in relation to Macquarie’s material risks. Our divisions include behavioural risk, compliance, credit, financial crime risk, internal audit, market risk, operational risk and governance, prudential risk, and Risk Management Group central.
