Job Description
- Study the customer insights analytics, market change and trends, and prepare executive summary and analysis report to management
- Monitor the progress tracking of Private Banking projects and campaigns to ensure that the deliverables are align with the plan
- Develop business model, strategies, products, as well as tools to assist RM in selling products and services
- Collaborate effectively with internal business partners and stakeholders to achieve the business targets and KPIs
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance & Banking, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related fields
- At least 5 years of working experience in business strategy & business model, financial service, customer journey, process improvement.
- Direct experiences in private banking, wealth business is advantageous
- Possesses strong strategic and logical thinking skills and comprehensive understanding of banking products
- Competent in Microsoft Office and business English skill
- Be a quick learner, team player, and problem-solver
