Your Role – International, Challenging And Future-Oriented!

• Manages the project throughout the complete project life cycle (scope, cost, quality, schedule) and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Manages the project including Automation solutions, SCADA systems, Cyber security and IT/OT solution.
• Coordinates assigned resources and monitors and reports progress and milestones regularly to all stakeholders.
• Negotiates or contributes to negotiations with suppliers and vendors.
• Responsible for meeting all project milestones and technical objectives.
• Monitors the budget adherence and may take actions to minimize non-conformance costs.
• Manages the project throughout the complete project life cycle (scope, cost, quality, schedule) and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Coordinates assigned resources and monitors and reports progress and milestones regularly to all stakeholders.
• Responsible for meeting all project milestones and technical objectives.
• Monitors the budget adherence and may take actions to minimize non-conformance costs.
• Checks projects results, designs respective test procedures and monitors test results.
• Adheres to PM standards defined and manages and coordinates all assigned project members in matrix organization.
• Ensures proper documentation of project and of all products or technologies delivered.
• Collaborating with clients and other engineers to determine project requirements and specifications.
• Testing and troubleshooting SCADA systems to identify and resolve any issues.
• Providing training and technical support to clients and end-users.
• Conducting research and gathering data to support projects.
• Conducting and coordinating site visits to check the progress data collection and verification
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Responsible Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance solution quality and efficiency.
• Maintaining project documentation and reporting project status to management.

Your Qualifications And Skills – Digital And Solid!

• Having a bachelor’s degree in engineering in electrical / electronic or relevant
• Having at 7+ year experience in project management for SCADA / Grid Automation projects.
• Having knowledge of Controls systems, SCADA systems, IT/OT technology, Cyber security, and installation of systems.
• Possessing excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with internal and external customers.
• Ability to manage the Multiple sites, Customer, sub-contractors and other stakeholder.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Project, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, etc.).
• Understanding of commercial concepts and ability to work with cost and risk management concepts.
• Knowledge of Quality and HSE management concepts and tools.
• Customer-focused and motivated to work in an international environment with different cultures.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills for collaboration with colleagues and partners from various professional backgrounds.
• Proficiency in written and speaking English.
