Global Product Senior Specialist - HR -Consultant Experience

WHAT YOU'LL DO

The Product Analyst will be a key member of the Staffing and More (SAM) team, our global staffing solution. 

  • Work closely with Product Owner and key stakeholders from staffing to understand business needs and priorities, ensuring that the product backlog is well-defined and prioritized. 
  • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and product team, including development, testing, and UX/UI design facilitating communication and ensuring alignment on product goals and business needs. 
  • Assist in refining user stories and acceptance criteria to ensure they are actionable, testable, and aligned with business objectives. 
  • Work with a team of internal & external technical resources, as well as a cross-functional team including broader HR, Knowledge, Finance, and IT to define enhancements. 
  • Participate in hands-on functional enhancements activities as well as providing guidance and oversight of functional/technical activities to successfully execute projects related to BCG’s HR applications. 
  • Provide functional support, day to day operational activities, & working with squad to advocate and support end user requirements. 
  • Proactively identify risks and dependencies, and work with stakeholders and other teams to mitigate them to ensure successful delivery. 
  • Coordinate with change managers to communicate delivery updates and ensure smooth implementation of new features or changes.

  • Bachelor’s degree, with 5+ years’ relevant experience, including a proven track record in influencing large cross-functional teams and solving complex problems for business functions with significant business impact. 
  • Experience in the HR domain highly preferred but not required. 
  • Experience working in Agile methodologies, particularly in the context of software development. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex requirements into actionable tasks. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. 
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and other project management tools. 
  • Ability to make informed decisions and provide guidance to team members based on business needs and priorities. 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. 
  • Adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 
  • Passion for technology and a customer-centric mindset, with a focus on delivering value to end users.

As the Product Analyst you will be tasked with working in a global environment with stakeholders, team members, and customers located throughout the world. As such you should have a go-getter attitude and be willing to work in a fast-paced environment. Successful product analyst has demonstrated a keen understanding of what our user base wants and is able to deliver on those actions with high quality results. 

  • Collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders to accurately capture requirements and further break it down in the form of epics, user stories etc. 
  • Work closely with UI/UX team in the planning and design of application changes and coordinating on delivery and deployment processes. 
  • Support requests from functional users and external partners as well as resolve/troubleshoot the other demands of our user-base that come in multiple forms, such as- tickets, emails, data requests, end user trainings, & through other ad-hoc mediums 
  • Understanding the overall business vision for work being requested to help the Product Owner to prioritize work of highest value in each sprint. 
  • Working with multicultural distributed agile team located in different time zones. 
  • Attention to detail, strong problem solving and critical thinking. Ability to dive deeply into issues to assess root causes and create comprehensive solution. 
  • Being intellectually curious and enjoy learning new skills and capabilities. 
  • This role will have key responsibilities in continuous improvements, including data analysis, testing, system integrations and functional support of BCG's global staffing applications.
