The After Market Service (AMS) Group, a division of Dover Food Retail (DFR) the total solution provider for any refrigeration challenges, is looking for a dynamic Director of Operations to lead our exciting projects in Phoenix, AZ. This role offers an opportunity to be at the forefront of the refrigeration industry, encompassing a range of applications from supermarkets, multi-store chains, to industrial sectors.
We are looking for a Senior Manager of Local Field Operations to lead assigned P&L’s and teams supporting our nationwide customers. Lead refrigeration/ mechanical experts including direct and indirect reports on planning, development, implementation, and progress tracking for a strategic department or programs/rollouts. Build the right strategy and team structure to consistently deliver the best Customer Experience for our Customers during and after the construction phase. Manage and grow a team to ensure that operations services meet and/or exceed expectations. Lead the team to support AMS leadership to achieve our Annual Operating plan. This critical role will be a key owner that keeps our organization providing the best service and technical support in our industry!
