Our Markets team focuses on providing account teams with the support they need to help drive revenue growth. Our "account-centric" approach to serving clients starts with knowing about their business and providing tools and enablers to provide consistency on how we identify and align our services and solutions to our clients' most pressing issues. We deliver services through one or more of our four global service lines: Assurance, Consulting, Strategy and Transactions and Tax. Our Markets team comprises of Executive Management, Business Development and Brand Media & Communication (BMC).

By following EY methodologies, executing on guidance, and leveraging tools and judicious programs, we bring the necessary rigor to our engagements. And by accessing our latest EY insights, solutions and client conversation tools, we have more meaningful conversations with our clients to help shape their thinking and generate additional value creation.

We assist the executive management in overseeing the firm's operations. Key responsibilities includes:

Liaising with internal stakeholders to identify priority areas, growth driver solutions, review account plans and to drive growth and market enablement initiatives 

Conceptualising and implementing firm-wide market campaigns to link and align PAN India teams on focus solutions, growth opportunities, etc

Monitoring firm revenue and pipeline and facilitating management review 

Preparing GTM materials for the firm 

Preparing reports for management review

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

Key responsibilities:

Content creation: Write and edit various forms of content, including speeches, op-eds, articles, and social media posts, that effectively convey the vision and messaging of senior leaders.

Internal communications: Develop and execute internal communication strategies that keep employees informed, engaged, and aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

Social media management: Manage and curate the social media presence of senior leaders, ensuring their profiles reflect their personal brand and the company's messaging.

Media relations: Collaborate with the PR team on firm-wide initiatives to assist in media relations efforts, including crafting press releases, coordinating interviews, and providing key messaging.

Storytelling: Explore and develop compelling firm-wide stories and narratives and amplify among internal and external audiences

Personal branding: Work closely with senior leaders to enhance their personal branding efforts through thought leadership, speaking engagements, and industry involvement.

Strategic planning: Develop and execute communication plans that align with organizational goals and priorities, ensuring that senior leadership communication efforts support overall business objectives.

Stakeholder engagement: Foster strong relationships with senior leaders and other key stakeholders to understand their vision and objectives and translate them into effective communication strategies.

Support crises and issues in media/social media and other functional responsibilities.

Qualification

Qualifications and skills:

Exceptional writing skills: Strong ability to craft clear, concise, creative and persuasive written content tailored to different audiences.

Social media proficiency: Adept at managing and growing social media profiles, especially on platforms such as LinkedIn and Twitter.

Strategic thinker: Ability to think strategically and align communication efforts with organizational goals.

Media savvy: Familiarity with media relations and experience working with journalists and media outlets. Ability to identify emerging trends and news developments that can be leveraged for building the brand's voice.

Team player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt to changing priorities.

Attention to detail and agility to work within tight deadlines while adhering to brand standards and risk guidelines

Excellent communication skills and networking experience, as well as experience managing a wide range of relationships with people at all levels within an organization, including leaders

Proven ability to excel in a complex, matrixed organization or a services firm will be an advantage

Experience

Minimum of 10 years of experience in communications, journalism, or a related field, with a focus on leadership communications, with strength in message development for various audiences and mediums
