Senior Manager – Business Consulting (Wealth Management) - Mumbai

Your key responsibilities as a Sr. Manager will be to
- Manage multiple projects, engagement economics and receivables, project resources, and team utilization
- Lead the delivery/execution of high-quality deliverables and manage service quality, brand, and client expectations
- Demonstrate significant industry/solution expertise
- Be a strong team player, build a strong team, assist in resolving people issues, support people development through guidance and feedback and lead the recruiting activities
- Manage clients and accounts and built professional relationships
- Meet business development targets by identifying new opportunities with existing and new clients
- Contribute to brand development by writing articles, developing thought leadership and point-of-views
- Contribute to knowledge development and management
- Ensure compliance to the firm’s standards, processes and policies
- Contribute to the firm’s initiatives in enhancing market leadership and growth, quality, people agenda and operational excellence
Skills and attributes for success
- The candidate should have extensive experience in Wealth OR Consulting industry. Domain experience in Wealth & Asset Management.
- Strong knowledge of wealth management products and of the wealth management market in India.
- Experience of digital projects in the Wealth management space
- Experience working with global banks
- In-depth understanding of the economic and business environment in the banking industry
- Expertise in areas such as – Go to Market Strategy /Business planning/hands-on experience in performance improvement of internal operations / Business development / Solution development
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Good leadership qualities and people management skills with a sharp focus on quality delivery
- Client relationship management and account management skills. Experience in handling mid to large-size accounts
- Program management, multi-tasking, and time management skills
- Good experience in business development
- Ability to develop/customize solutions relevant to client
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Problem solving, data and financial analysis
To qualify for the role you must have
- MBA from Premier Institute
- 10+ years of relevant post-MBA experience – extensive experience in the Banking OR Consulting industry. Specifically in areas such as Retail Banking, Digital Banking, Strategy and Operations.
- Sound understanding of the financial services (banking) market and regulatory environment in India
- Additional experience in digital transformation projects and Retail Products and Processes knowledge would be valuable.
