International HR Generalist (Talent Operations Partner) EMEA – based in Prague

Responsibilities

Point of contact for employees and managers for HR related matters in several locations in the EMEA – Eastern and Southeastern Europe (currently 13 countries: Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Greece, Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Ukraine).

Support all employee life cycle stages and improve employees’ experience

  • Help to promote an enjoyable and exciting workplace to retain employees.
  • Be a trusted partner and collaborate with key stake holders to ensure smooth and consistent processes and relay information from the field.
  • Responsible for HR administration: handle all administrative tasks from employee’s recruitment until exit process, including employment contracts.
  • Support the employees with obtaining a variety of certificates, confirmation letters, etc.
  • Address HR related questions from the employees in a customer-oriented manner.
  • Benefits administration.

Immigration and Mobility

  • Coordinate with the employees and managers to support the immigration process.
  • Engage with third-party providers for mobility and immigration services and follow up until the completion of the immigration process.

Local Regulations

  • Understand and relay information related to compliance and local legal requirements.
  • Recommend updates of local policies and processes to match UpToDate requirements.
  • Support ongoing communication with employees regarding the local and global policies.
  • Documents human resources actions by completing forms, reports and records as needed.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, Law or related field
  • Fluent / native Czech and English is a key requirement.
  • Polish is nice to have
  • Excellent writing skills and verbal communication
  • Solid experience providing HR support in an international organization.
  • Experience in immigration support activities in the Czech Republic
  • Experience in providing HR support in Poland
  • Strong analysis/problem solving skills and a proven ability to pay close attention to detail.
  • Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong and agile team player
  • Solid experience with HRIS information systems; excellent computer skills, including knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
