As a Business Analysis Lead, you'll work alongside a team of Wealth specialists and would be responsible for delivering some of our most challenging projects, leveraging your expertise to drive business growth and deliver value to our clients.

As a manager, you will have responsibility to:

• Lead and support your wealth platform transformation project team to successfully deliver engagements and deliverables
• Oversee and manage relationships with multiple vendor partners, ensuring effective collaboration, communication, and alignment of goals and objectives
• Conduct business analysis and requirement gathering to identify business needs and opportunities
• Assess and document processes to help design the target state and shape how it can be achieved using modern platform solutions
• Help establish principles and frameworks for wealth platforms, developing and implementing solutions for clients
• Support in translating business requirements into functional design for enabling technology solutions
• Work closely with key internal and client stakeholders and effectively demonstrate core project and people management skills
• Help establish guidelines and ways of working for project delivery, through both waterfall and various agile methodologies
• Support clients throughout various activities including project planning, requirements gathering & process definition
• Work within diverse teams to help deliver measurable business outcomes to quality and timescales
• Build effective relationships with peer-level stakeholders across all business workstreams including Operations, Risk, and IT
• Lead and support business development work such as pre-sales, bid preparation and client presentations
• Participate fully within Deloitte to assist the growth of the wealth practice and the Industry Solutions division including supporting the firm’s commitment to creating a more diverse and inclusive culture
• Work within diverse teams to help deliver measurable business outcomes to quality and timescales

Connect to your skills and professional experience

Essentials:

• Proven wealth platform transformation experience gained within a top-tier wealth management or consulting firm
• Experience in successfully managing vendor relationships and delivering results in a multi-vendor environment. Strong understanding of vendor management best practices and the ability to navigate complex vendor landscapes
• A track record of high performance and success in complex and high impact programme roles
• Experience in wealth transformation project lifecycles in defining end to end solution designs for wealth platforms and downstream applications, and designing and delivering innovative solutions, the integration of FinTech/emerging technology solutions with wealth platforms
• Experience of wealth products, process redesign and technology change in areas such as: Wealth Platform migration and/or transformation
• Industry knowledge in one of the following: Life & Pensions or Wealth Management
• Conversant with Wealth ‘Cloud’ technology ecosystems and hyper-scalers
• Familiarity with modern software delivery tooling
• Appreciation of emerging technology and trends in wealth management
• Exceptional communication and client management skills

Desirables:

• Industry certifications such as CISI, BCS, Prince 2, Agile, PMP among others
• Cloud Practitioner certifications with the major providers
