Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business users to identify and confirm system requirements based on functional specifications.
• Implement approved SAP application development change requests and projects.
• Provide solutions and optimizations to ensure program performance.
• Stay updated on developments in various SAP modules and service interruptions.
• Develop, maintain, and support SAP ABAP programs, including reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and conversion programs.
• Perform detailed design of application and technical architecture components.
• Configure, build, and test application or technical architecture components.
• Work with other developers and SAP team to ensure developments meet requirements and performance goals.
• Follow good security coding practices to ensure applications are free of common vulnerabilities.
• Participate in transitioning applications or technical architecture components to testers.
• Develop common test data and fix defects and performance problems discovered in testing.
• Document applications to facilitate maintenance.

Service Management and Continuous Improvements:

• Review and escalate information, incidents, and problems collected by SAP Service Desk team.
• Resolve incidents and problems, escalating as necessary.
• Seek opportunities for continuous improvement and maintain knowledge of business processes and SAP modules.
• Deliver SAP application development work within agreed service levels and budgetary guidelines.
• Implement operational continuous improvement, service efficiency initiatives, and application rationalization.
• Perform regular reviews and analysis of Problem Management data.
• Enter SAP application development solutions into the knowledge database.

Education and Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Recognized Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related fields.
• 2 or more years of related working experience in SAP Support environment and/or SAP project implementation.
• Knowledge in SAP ABAP programming and S/4 HANA ABAP Programming.
• Knowledge in SAP (FI/Co, BPC, HR, ESS/MSS, SD, MM, PM, PP, and WM).
• Good personal computer and business solutions software skills.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
