The mission of TikTok Ads Manager is to connect global advertisers and users, advertisers of any industry and experience level are able to get suitable marketing solutions, then easily create, manage and optimize ads. The SMB team is looking for an innovative Product Manager to build highly scalable machine learning products that determine what ads billions of TikTok users see and engage with. You will be responsible for helping 'millions' of SMB Ecommerce advertisers improve their return on ad spend, growing overall monetization efficiency, and protecting the experience of our users, creators and community through industry leading recommendation system.

Role Intro

1. Responsible for building growth product capabilities and designing growth strategies for Web Ads SMBs in TikTok monetization ecosystem, driving growth of advertisers as well as revenue.

2. Deeply understand SMB advertisers' demands, collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize client growth funnel and methods, including coupon capabilities, touchpoint channels, task center etc., to help business achieve growth goals.

3. Understand open-loop e-commerce merchants' operating scenarios and business growth challenges, develop growth methodology for clients acquisition, onboarding, growth and retention, and apply scaled growth strategies through growth product.

4. Data-driven, build scientific decision-making capabilities for the growth team, find growth opportunities through funnel analysis, and build measurement products for growth strategy attribution.

5. Proactively discover and resolve problems, drive growth strategy launch, conduct business data review and daily monitoring.

Responsibilities

1. Improve the overall advertising effect of SMB web ads, optimize customer SMB advertising experience, and be responsible for continuously improving customer advertising ROI;

2. Analyze and diagnose customer advertising problems, identify customer advertising pain points, produce targeted business strategies and optimization plans, and implement them;

3. Cooperate with cross-regional time zone teams to achieve product development, launch, promotion and continuous iteration.

Qualifications

Qualifications

1. BA/BS degree in Computer Science, EE, Mathematics or Statistics, or equivalent practical experience. Experience with machine learning/ recommendation system a plus.

2. Commercial experience in a product management role, with demonstrated leadership in the management of a product (or portfolio of products) through the software development lifecycle, from conception to launch to ongoing performance measurement and optimization.

3. Fast learner with a good sense of judgment and original thinking.

4. Highly analytical with excellent communication, organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

5. Fluency or proficiency in Mandarin, for product launches and communication with external stakeholders
