Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Program Manager, Information System Security to join our team in Washington, DC.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Ensuring contract is properly and adequately staffed with cleared and qualified personnel capable of performing all contract requirements.
  • Ensuring all contract requirements are performed in a way that maintains security integrity at all levels and at all times.
  • Ensuring all contract deliverables are accurate and are delivered correctly and on time.
  • Experience managing the financial components of a program including profit and loss.
  • Ensuring all required support services are efficiently and effectively managed at the designated place(s) of performance.
  • Ensuring all assigned tasks are created and performed promptly and correctly, and work is performed on time and at the agreed prices.
  • Developing and maintaining an Operations Manual with detailed Continuity of Operations procedures for supporting the product lifecycle management.
  • Ensuring all required documentation is captured and recorded in accordance with FBI’s record retention policies.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10 years of relevant experience providing project management support for enterprise level IT projects.
  • 7 or more years of relevant experience performing duties of an ISSO, ISSE or ISSM.
  • A project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), or SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) certifications.
  • Experience supporting the FBI.
  • Experience managing or supporting a program with a cybersecurity scope.

Education Requirement:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or IT-related discipline is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree can be substituted for an additional 4 years of relevant experience.

Security Clearance Requirements:

  • Applicants MUST HAVE an active TOP SECRET security clearance with eligibility to obtain SCI.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
  • The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.

The projected compensation range for this position is $172,000-$287,600. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, ManTech invests in it’s employees beyond just compensation.
