Job Summary: 

You will provide program quality technical and management support in line with Catholic Relief Services (CRS) program quality principles and standards, donor guidelines, and industry best practices to the Jerusalem, Gaza, and West Bank (JWBG) Country Program (CP), to advance the delivery of high-quality programming to the conflict-affected, poor and vulnerable. At present, CRS JWBG is working to provide rapid emergency assistance to conflict affected communities in Gaza and the West Bank in the sectors of multi-purpose cash; shelter; psycho-social support; food assistance; and water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH). Your technical knowledge in program quality, grants management, and business development will support quality programming, responsible growth, and effective grants management across the emergency response portfolio.
