We have an opportunity for a Senior Legal Operations Specialist to join us at Honeywell, in Prague where you will be responsible for operational support of the legal department as well as being involved in legal research or drafting legal documents.

This is a hybrid role, 3 days in office, 2 from home.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain and educate stakeholders on LEAP Resource Center, monthly audit of LEAP to identify stalled records, support profiles issues in LEAP.
  • Support SOX audits to the extent Controllership doesn't have command or requests inputs from UOP Legal.
  • Track Working Capital, past dues, monetization, update opportunities spreadsheet, tracking spreadsheet.
  • Review & draft a broad range of commercial agreements, including Order Acknowledgement Letters, amendments to executed agreements, equipment/product supply and sales agreements with a mixture of government/private customers, including EPC contractors.
  • Conducting legal research on behalf of Legal team members, liaise with contract managers and General Counsels throughout the Legal group.
  • Promote compliance with all Honeywell policies, including those relating to the approval of Sales Agents, Competition Law, Export Control and the Schedule of Executive Approvals, update intranet sites with standard documents.

Key skills and qualifications

  • Law degree
  • Experience dealing with contract management systems, preferably with LEAP
  • Prior experience of “paralegal support” work
  • Proficiency in English. Proficiency in other European languages would be helpful
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proactive and enthusiastic mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to prioritize, work independently, take the initiative when required within a high volume /fast-paced, highly collaborative, multi-national, team environment.
